People, Places, Signs of People in Places.
Tony Amos began his career in New York City assisting some of the best photographers in the world while also making his own portraits of some of the most interesting people in the world. For over a decade now he has been based in Sydney shooting lifestyle, interiors, portraits, still life and more recently a lot of travel assignments. The common thread in all his work is a subtle, naturalistic dedication to ambiance, colour and character. He is a master of colour analogue printing and hand retouching which he still applies to his art work, and if your time and budget permit he will be happy to shoot film for your job.
He has worked and has been published globally through commissions and syndication. His approach to work is resourceful and inventive regardless of whether a budget is large or small. He prides himself on delivering on time and on budget. Being a seasoned traveller he has no problem getting on a plane and being ready to work anywhere in the world.
